A single database of Public Notices -- which you may know as "Legal Ads" -- has been created by participating Arizona Newspapers.
It means information that is your right to know about government activities, and other activities that touch your world, is available in one place, any time you need it.
Word search it manually or subscribe to Public Notice Smart Search and have Notices important to you or your company sent to your email address automatically.
Hundreds of Public Notice advertisements are published in the daily/weekly editions of Arizona newspapers. Until now, you probably were limited to reading them in your local newspapers. You may have missed something valuable in another town, even if you pay for a clipping service.
The newspapers of Arizona, through its Arizona Newspapers Association, joined together to post the public notices from each edition to this central Internet database at the same time they are published.
This web site is a compilation of public notices published anywhere in the state of Arizona.
In most cases notices have been uploaded immediately upon
publication.
Please Note: Our monitoring indicates that about 85-90
percent of the notices printed in Arizona newspapers are uploaded to
this database.
Also: In 2005 we added a second
computer server to the system. These
Manual Search links take you to the current server for notices
published in the past 90 days. Or, if you would like
search the
archive server that contains more than 4.5 million records as of
mid 2005.
You may find the notices specific to your interests by:
This database is not a substitute for the official publication that is required by law. You will still find those notices in your local newspaper.
