Our Public Notice section has many links. Here is a map to explain what they can do for you.

  • Affidavit Tells you how the Arizona Corporation Commission prefers to receive an Affidavit of Publication. It also provides a link to a PDF file of the Corporation Commission affidavit form which newspapers should use.
