Our Public Notice section has many links. Here is a map to explain what they can do for you.

• Manual Search Lets you search our complete Public Notice database. You can specify a county, a newspaper, any word or words, or any phrase or group of words, and by date.

• Notice By... Is a compilation of all Arizona Statutes which require a public notice to be printed in a newspaper. It should be word searchable (eventually), or use the index to find the statute your are looking for, or download the word document for use on your computer.

• Affidavit Tells you how the Arizona Corporation Commission prefers to receive an Affidavit of Publication. It also provides a link to a PDF file of the Corporation Commission affidavit form which newspapers should use.
